El Toro Loco!
Carson is turning 3 years old, and he LOVES monster trucks...Well, not ALL monster trucks. Carson loves El Toro Loco, and his mom asked me to help them celebrate Carson's birthday with a cake celebrating Carson's birthday and El Toro Loco!
Strawberry Birthday Cake!
Almost two pounds of pureed strawberries are in this birthday cake, covered with cream cheese frosting and topped with gold edible glitter and pearls.

Auburn Birthday Girl!
A dear friend called to order a red velvet cake for her daughter. When we discussed decor, she decided to wait until the college football championship game was over because Amanda is a great Auburn fan! When Auburn won, we decided to use those colors for her cake! So Amanda ended up with an Auburn orange and blue decorated cake with a deep CRIMSON inside [Roll Tide!] Take a look!

For the first time in many, many years, snow fell on Christmas in Alabama. It melted as fast as it fell at my house, but in many places snowball fights were in full swing and snowmen were built with relish. So what happens when the normal Alabama winter sun comes out after the snow?
